Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds and cancellations will only be accepted prior to order shipment. Products may only be returned under exceptional circumstances and with prior written agreement of Ricochet North America LLC due to the nature of the product. Only full, complete and undamaged boxes will be accepted and will incurr a 30% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of the products at the Ricochet North America distribution facility.
